Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it, with the original packaging intact.
Please note that customized or special-order car wraps and films are non-returnable unless defective.

Partial Refunds (if applicable)
Partial refunds may be granted for:
- Items not in their original condition (damaged, missing parts not due to our error)
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a certain number of business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Recheck your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company (processing time may vary).
- Contact your bank (some delays are possible).

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange for the same product, contact us at {email} and send your item to: {address}.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, please mail it to: {address}.
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
For expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
